Winemaking and ageing
Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing in oak barrels brings a slightly woody note and length on the palate. This careful ageing is carried out under the regular control of Pierre Montégut, ensuring quality monitoring throughout the period.

Cap Royal Bordeaux Supérieur
Tasting note
Of a deep red colour, Cap Royal red expresses its beautiful youth.
The nose proves to be complex and powerful. Woody notes, black fruit notes and liquorice notes intertwine and exhale a very open nose.
The attack is frank and powerful, with a silky, enveloped tannin offering a beautiful balance on the palate. The finish, long and aromatic, prolongs the pleasure of this tasting.
